 +**ACCESSABILITY** 
 + 
 +Birch Hall as a site is located on a hill. Whilst there are sections of site that are flat, getting between them is likely to be difficult for those with fatigue issues. The main field by the river and the area around the sleeping huts are reasonably accessible, and 2 of the 3 sleeping blocks have step-free access. Bedrooms sleep between 2 & 8, and all beds are Bunk beds.

 +The woods on site have uneven and difficult ground and are generally located on slopes. Whilst there are parts of site beyond the river, access to these is only via stepping stones across the river, which can be tricky or impassable depending on water depths.

 +Food will be provided by Serve It Forth. It will be Greek style with space elements.

 +The event ticket includes dinner for Friday night, three meals on Saturday, and a large brunch on Sunday.

 +The catering is done on an at-cost basis, by volunteers. By booking a place on the game, players promise to help with cleanup and tidying. ​

-Consall Scout Camp has bunk facilities. All bunks are in shared rooms, of between 4 and 18 beds. Depending on player numbers, bunks are not guaranteed, and players may be asked to camp. Camping may be IC or OC by player choice. Bedrooms and OC tents are always OC spaces.+-
